Hi Everyone!
Well, it's the day after my birthday.  I had a lot of fun! Josh put together a 'trivia' quiz (slightly slanted in my favor)... it was a lot of fun to play... especially with the more wine we drank while playing!

So Christmas is a couple of days away.  We've decided this year we're going Mediterranean with the grub.  Actually, I can't even remember the last time we've had turkey on either Christmas or Thanksgiving! I'm working a long shift tonight and have to finish up orders today... so won't even be able to go food shopping until tomorrow or Saturday. Luckily there should be plenty of items left for OUR meal as everyone else is going Turkey!

I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday... be it Hanuka or Christmas or Kwanza or whatever!

Once the craziness is over... I'll really sit down and figure this blog thing out... and maybe put up some recipes to go with the pictures of the finished products!

I'm looking forward to the New Year as it will be my menu at the Copper Restaurant... Should be fun!
