Actually, my biggest problem right now is I never actually wrote down the recipes for most of the pictures that are up here... just cooked them on the fly... so I have to get recipes written for them. Thanks everyone for re-joining, and hopefully Renee you'll finally be able to see all the followers... Not sure why you're having trouble.

So I wanted to test something out, and it looks like after some playing around I figured it out! Yeah Me!

This is a picture of the Sheppard's Salad I made for Christmas Dinner (we went Mediterranean). I wanted to see if I could upload the picture, turn it into a link that would let you get the recipe. It WORKED! So, you can click on the image and get the recipe. Soon I will link all the images to the recipes and you'll be able to download any of the recipes that LOOK interesting to you!

For now, this is the only one set up... I've got to go do my Chef stuff over the next few nights, not to mention the house full of sick people that need tending to... But I will get them done!

Hi Everyone!
Well, it's the day after my birthday. I had a lot of fun! Josh put together a 'trivia' quiz (slightly slanted in my favor)... it was a lot of fun to play... especially with the more wine we drank while playing!

So Christmas is a couple of days away. We've decided this year we're going Mediterranean with the grub. Actually, I can't even remember the last time we've had turkey on either Christmas or Thanksgiving! I'm working a long shift tonight and have to finish up orders today... so won't even be able to go food shopping until tomorrow or Saturday. Luckily there should be plenty of items left for OUR meal as everyone else is going Turkey!

I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday... be it Hanuka or Christmas or Kwanza or whatever!

Once the craziness is over... I'll really sit down and figure this blog thing out... and maybe put up some recipes to go with the pictures of the finished products!

I'm looking forward to the New Year as it will be my menu at the Copper Restaurant... Should be fun!
